50. The Wicked and the Wonderous

The Wicked and the Wonderous by Christine Feehan

Start/Finish: 7/7/07

I read the 2nd story in this book, as I've read Twlight Before Christmas already.

I really enjoyed Jessica & Dillon's story. Just enough intrigue to keep the story moving at a nice pace.

49. Blueberry Muffin Murder

Blueberry Muffin Murder by Joanne Fluke

Start: 7/5/07
Finish: 7/6/07

This series keeps getting better & better. The recipes are still torture, but I really enjoy this series.

Blind Alley (*Audio CD)

Blind Alley by Iris Johansen

Start: 7/2/07
Finish: 7/3/07

This turned out to be an abridged audio cd. I prefer the unabridged, but this was still a pretty suspenseful story.

I've developed a bad habit of listening to a series backwards. This is the book that came out BEFORE Stalemate. This is another Eve Duncan / Joe Quinn book, but this book strongly features Eve's adopted daughter Jane.

48. Dead Until Dark

Dead Until Dark by Charlaine Harris

Start: 7/2/07
Finish: 7/4/07

This is a great book. I can hardly wait to get my hands on the next one. Vampires . . . as a minority? Vampires are trying to mainstream, as the government has classified their condition as a "disability". This is a unique take on a vampire story. Very well written.

Thanksgiving (*Audio CD)

Thanksgiving by Janet Evanovich

Start: 6/28/07
Finish: 7/1/07

Another great book by Evanovich. This one was just as comical as Smitten. It was a little predictable, but I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this story!

*I'm not including audio CD's for my tally count. Just noting for future reference Audio CD's I've listened to.

47. Halfway to Half Way

Halfway to Half Way by Suzann Ledbetter

Start: 6/30/07
Finish: 7/1/07

I started this on Saturday morning, as I've been too tired to actually read for most of the week. This was a wonderful addition to her series. Another murder to solve, a cold case file, the sheriff election, and a wedding . . . Great book!

Smitten (*Audio CD)

Smitten by Janet Evanovich

Start: 6/26/07
Finish: 6/28/07

This was a very cute story. Newly divorced Elisabeth walks in for a carpenter job where Matt ends up hiring her.

Very funny and highly entertaining. Great story with lots of laughs. Especially with the mysterious flasher stalking Elisabeth.

*I'm not including audio CD's for my tally count. Just noting for future reference Audio CD's I've listened to.
