Excellent story! It was really cool to listen to a contemporary book that dealt with Mages. It's given me lots of ideas I can use while playing my Mage in D&D.

I'll have to see if the library has any more of her "Guardian" series.

I had to go stash diving for a book to read, as the library's out of commission for another 2 weeks. Looks like I've found another author to add to my list of authors to track down their back lists.

This ended up being a pretty good story. The author is pretty cool with her character names. Vampires called Reaper, Briar, Vixen, Topaz . . . and a few common names like Seth & Jack thrown in. It was a fun read, and I managed to start off with Book 1. Go figure. . . . that doesn't happen to me too often ;)

I really enjoyed this one. The books are very predictable, but still very entertaining to read. It's interesting to see how each couple get to the end result. They all struggle with the same decision, but it's fun to see how they get there.

This is the first book in the Eve Duncan series. I've listened to several out of order, and decided to request the first book. Unfortuantely, the library doesn't carry the audiobook. I'm finding I prefer to listen to these in lieu of reading them. I'm having a hard time finishing this book.

A lot of if has to do with the holidays though. There's only so much time in a day, and I've got a lot to do in a short amount of time. If I don't finish this before our trip, I'll have to re-request it later, as I've already renewed it once.
